The plant has been equipped with high production capacity, producing several tens of tons of sausages per day, through the expansion of the plants and their technological improvement. Production is organized considering especially four kinds of product:
• Cooked hams
• Fresh cured meats such as sausage, pork sausages, cotechinos and other local products
• Seasoned cured meats, including the range of traditional Italian salami
• Air-cured pork meat and cured bacon.
